Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small and not cleaned until late afternoon, which was a downside. The noise from the road outside was bothersome, though the room temperature was slightly warmer but still cold overall. The service, especially concerning lost passports and catering for special dietary needs, was outstanding. The location was convenient, close to various attractions, but there were issues with late returns post 9 pm due to unclear signage. The dining options lacked variety but were acceptable for the price. The hotel’s facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel room was a bit disappointing with issues like lights not working and limited space, but it was clean, tidy, and comfy with a great bathroom and a view of a church. Although it would have been a better deal at $80-$90, we had to pay $256 due to a late booking.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the CBD and Salamanca, making it a great spot for a Hobart holiday. The rooms, although small, were serviced daily and had good blockout curtains, but some noise from the nearby fitness center was a nuisance, handled promptly by the staff. The service was exceptional, especially accommodating special dietary requirements like coeliac disease. The dining experience offered a variety of items at good value, although some aspects fell short of expectations. The location is excellent for exploring the city attractions and enjoying the local market and waterfront. Overall, a good value for a stay close to all the sights.
The hotel's location is superb, very central with easy access to the CBD. The rooms were cozy and warm during an extremely cold winter, albeit with minor inconveniences like some noise and limited space near the bed. The service was mostly cheerful and helpful, with a few exceptions of rudeness. The dining options were basic but satisfactory given the surroundings. Overall, a convenient stay with a few hitches.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable and inviting, and I even got to check in earlier than usual. The 9th-floor room had great views and a small kitchen area, perfect for storing food for lunch or dinner. The service was outstanding, with everyone being pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent, central to all the places I wanted to visit, with a clean room, comfortable bed, and good bathroom facilities. The dining experience was good overall, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The only downside was the poor quality of some breakfast items.
The hotel offered basic but comfortable rooms that were clean and quiet, although we had chosen the compact option. The Free Wifi was disappointing as we had to pay extra, and the parking was located quite far from the hotel, which should have been made clear during booking. Despite these issues, the hotel had more to offer as well.
